Life can feel incredibly heavy at times. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply worn down by what you've been carrying. My hope is to offer a warm and safe space where you don't have to navigate it alone — a space where every part of you is welcome and supported.
I'm deeply passionate about the power of therapy and the transformation that happens when we feel truly seen and heard. I love helping my clients reconnect with their strengths, embrace their authentic selves, and grow toward deeper self-acceptance.
My Approach
I take an integrative approach to therapy and tailor sessions to your unique needs. My work blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. These approaches can help you process difficult experiences, shift unhelpful beliefs, better understand your emotional patterns, and build long-term coping skills that support your well-being.
Areas of Focus
Background
I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mercer University. Through my education and personal healing journey, I've found a deep passion for walking beside others as they grow and transform in meaningful ways.
Beyond the Office
Outside of therapy, I love to travel, explore new places, and discover great restaurants — I'm a total foodie and enjoy finding a good cup of coffee wherever I go. I'm also an animal lover and feel most at peace when I'm practicing yoga or spending time in nature. These experiences help keep me grounded, and I enjoy supporting my clients in discovering what nourishes and centers them, too.
I recognize the courage it takes to make the first step toward seeking therapy. Whatever challenges you're facing, I'm here to help. Thank you for being here.
I'm so glad you're here, and I'm honored to be part of your healing journey. I believe that seeking support is one of the bravest steps a person can take.
I value the importance and effectiveness of a warm, authentic therapeutic relationship and believe that true healing begins when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative and engaging—I strive to create a judgment-free, comfortable, and safe space where clients of all ages feel supported.
My Approach
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, and I use an integrative therapeutic style that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I tailor my interventions to each individual, recognizing that every person has their own story, strengths, and needs.
Areas of Focus
Background
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University.
I've gained meaningful experience working in both a residential eating disorder treatment facility and a crisis stabilization inpatient psychiatric hospital. I currently work with individuals, couples, and also enjoy leading groups.
My Philosophy
Transparency is a core value in my practice—I believe it fosters trust and helps create real, lasting change. My goal is to bring a warm, outgoing presence into each session, meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be.
Beyond the Office
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my pup, family, and close friends. I value a healthy balance between travel and being a homebody—finding joy both in new experiences and in the comfort of familiar routines. This balance mirrors the work I do with clients: helping them create lives that feel grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who they are. I believe mental health is not about perfection, but about building awareness, connection, and sustainable ways to care for ourselves through all seasons of life.

My path to counseling began through my work in education, where I witnessed firsthand the growing need for mental health support among children and adolescents. Seeing how emotional well-being impacts every aspect of a young person's life inspired me to pursue a career where I could help individuals navigate those challenges, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
I would describe my counseling style as empathetic, connective, and honest. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be vulnerable, understood enough to feel truly seen, and supported enough to challenge themselves in new ways. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients through both the difficult and joyful seasons of life.
My Approach
My goal is to create a collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and build practical tools for navigating life's challenges. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to best meet your needs with a focus on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Areas of Focus
Background
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Furman University, my Master of Teaching with a focus in elementary education from the University of Georgia, and my Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University.
My clinical experience includes working in both Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings, where I have supported adolescents and families through a wide range of mental health challenges. I also have experience working in a crisis stabilization unit as well as answering the phone for 988!
Beyond the Office
Outside of therapy, you'll likely find me taking my dog, Finn, for a walk, listening to a podcast, curled up with a good book, or searching for a new coffee spot. I also value spending quality time with family and friends and believe that connection, balance, and finding joy in everyday moments are an important part of overall well-being.
Our brains are among the most complex structures on the planet. There are two sides of that coin, which include having the capacity to appreciate the beauty of good while being susceptible to the pain of bad. Life can be overwhelming, underwhelming, and anywhere in between. My goal is to collaborate with clients to make sense of and derive meaning from where we're at emotionally so that we can pave the path to where we want to be.
My Approach
I use a client-centered approach coupled with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients navigating life's challenges. My work focuses on helping individuals identify the personal values that matter most to them and using those values as a compass for meaningful change. Through recognizing that each client is the expert of their own unique experience, I heavily emphasize the importance of collaboration throughout the therapeutic process.
Areas of Focus
Background
I earned my Bachelor of Business Management from Georgia Southern University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I spent over 5 years working in corporate supply chain management — an experience I am eternally grateful for. While deeply appreciative of the relationships and connections I gained, a part of me knew there was something else calling to me. Ultimately, I identified mental health counseling as that call. I've gained clinical experience in both a trauma-focused group treatment center and private practice individual setting.
My Philosophy
I'm a firm believer in authenticity being a powerful force in driving a meaningful and satisfying existence. I strive to hold a non-judgmental space where clients are free and comfortable to be their complete, authentic selves. Through fostering this type of therapeutic environment my hope is that clients can see and appreciate their true selves.
Beyond the Office
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending as much time as I can outdoors. I'm an avid tennis player and a painfully average golfer. I also enjoy playing guitar and discovering new music. I've experienced healing from enjoying familiar activities and stimulation in exploring new experiences, which is something I strive to help clients discover as well.

I know that navigating daily challenges — whether it's managing emotions, understanding your thoughts, or even staying organized — can sometimes feel exhausting. You may find yourself feeling anxious, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward. I strive to provide a warm, welcoming space where you can explore your experiences, your strengths are recognized, and you can develop practical strategies for growth.
I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in their own growth. I am passionate about helping individuals better understand their thoughts and behaviors, strengthen skills and emotional regulation, and build confidence in their ability to navigate life's challenges.
My Approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy and adapt each session to the strengths and needs of the individual. I also integrate executive functioning and skills-based interventions to support organization, planning, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through. This approach helps clients identify maladaptive thought patterns, understand how these thoughts influence emotions and behaviors, and practice new ways of thinking and acting that promote long-term growth. My work is collaborative, structured, and compassionate.
Areas of Focus
Background
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and my Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals in building skills, insight, and confidence. I have also worked as a bilingual Crisis Text Line crisis counselor, providing immediate emotional support and guidance to individuals in need.
My Philosophy
I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and is most effective when it is collaborative, practical, and personalized to the individual. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. By building a strong bond with clients, I can create a space where they feel comfortable sharing their experiences and exploring challenges. When clients feel genuinely connected and understood, they are often able to engage more fully in therapy and apply strategies that promote insight and lasting improvement.
Beyond the Office
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family, sipping iced coffee, antiquing, and watching sports. I believe it's important to have interests and routines that bring joy, balance, and a sense of being seen. I encourage clients to explore the activities, hobbies, and connections that help them feel supported, centered, and authentically themselves.
